We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
Credit Card information is NOT disclosed to ANY persons except the company appointed financial technician. Your information is only held on our system while your order is processed. After a reasonable period of time all data is securely purged from our computer system. NO information is shared with any third parties or sold to other companies. All information is ONLY used for the purpose of processing your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.
Your email address may be added to our mail list ONLY if you have requested it to be added. Should you wish to be removed from the mailing list please contact us requesting removal. We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

We do not pass ANY details you provide over to third parties, or sell your details to other companies. All the information you send to us is ONLY used to process your order.
Complaints
If in the unlikely event you have a complaint there are a number of ways to progress. We take complaints very seriously. In each case your complaint goes directly to the Managing Director for his personal attention. You will be contacted within five days of you placing your complaint, and be kept up to date with the progress of your complaint at reasonable intervals. All communications are treated confidentially. We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so. If the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those you ordered, we will offer a full refund. The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest, within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund and on the return of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Cancellation and Cooling off period
If your ParcelEater has yet to be delivered and you wish to cancel your order, please phone, fax or email us and we will cancel your order with no charge at all to yourself. Credit or Debit cards are not processed until the order is despatched, so if cancellation is made prior to despatch, there will be no reimbursement as you have yet to be charged. If you have paid by cheque, your cheque will be returned to you within 14 days of your cancellation date. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have received your ParcelEater, and for whatever reason you are not happy with it and you wish to return it, please send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of the ParcelEater, we will credit your credit or debit card or return your cheque within 30 days. You will be credited with the entire purchase cost and the entire original postage cost and your return postage cost. (Please return your ParcelEater by second class post,or economy courier,as we have had to limit the maximum return postage cost that we can refund to £30.) This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. To cancel your order please use the contact information given at the bottom of the page.
Delivery
Credit or debit cards are not processed until the order is dispatched. We will telephone you at least one day before delivery, to agree a delivery time and date. Goods are normally dispatched within 7 working days. Goods should be delivered to you within 30 days, unless you have agreed to a longer time. If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will notify you immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If another time cannot be agreed we will offer you a refund. Methods of Payment
ONLINE
Payment can be made using the automated pages on the Order page using 128 bit encryption. Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Eurocard or Delta.
TELEPHONE
Payment can also be made over the telephone on 070 5001 2197 using Visa or Mastercard.
CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
Payment can be made by cheque or postal order, by sending payment payable to ParcelEater at 20 Thurloe Court, 117 Fulham Rd, London SW3 6SB, UK. If you are sending in a cheque please do not forget to include your delivery instructions and a telephone number.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
